- Approved Board Meeting Minutes: June 25, 2026.
- Approved the May 2026 monthly financial reports as presented.
- Accepted the May 2026 financial reports as presented to the Board for information only.
- Approved Water Treatment Operator III job description as presented.
- Approved Member Services Representative job description as presented.
- Adopted Order 26-0723-02 approving the job descriptions, job categories, and position classifications.
- Accepted the Summary of Property Disposed During the Preceding Monthly Period Report as presented.
- Accepted Board Contingency and Capital Projects and Fund Balance report as presented.
- Accepted Public Works Operations report as presented.
- Accepted Public Works status report as presented.
- Accepted Shared Services operations as presented.
- Accepted personnel matters report as presented.
- Accepted Prior Board of Directors' Direction for Action by District Staff and Board of Directors status report as presented.
- Adopted Order 26-0723-01 approving the amended District Rate Order as presented in the supplement.
- Approved the use of Board Contingency not to exceed $25,000 for the Building Permit Records Digitization Project.
- Approved the proposed Public Works project concepts for consideration and inclusion in the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget, subject to final budget approval by the Board.
- Approved changing the job title of Facilities Administrative Assistant to Parks and Facilities Administrative Assistant and changing the job title of Accounting Manager to Finance Manager, with direction to update related job descriptions, classifications, and administrative records accordingly.
- Adopted Order 26-0723-03 approving revised Billing Policy.
- Approved the Notice of Appointment of Agent.
- Accepted the PriceSenz LLC Stage 3 Website Market Scan and Functional-Fit Assessment Report and authorized PriceSenz LLC to proceed with Stage 4 validation in accordance with the existing professional services agreement.
- Accepted Water and Wastewater Rate study.
- Approved a 29-month electric service agreement with Shell Energy and authorized the General Manager to execute the agreement at the market rate available at the time of contract execution.
- Approved amended Revenue Bond authorization approved on July 9, 2026, by increasing the principal amount from $26,000,000 to $27,444,556, and authorizing the inclusion of bond issuance costs, provided that the total amount of bonds issued, including issuance costs, shall not exceed $30,000,000.
